CONTROLLER

Experience desired: 5+ years of experience
CPA designation preferred
Experience in the audit department of a CPA firm
Experience with SEC reporting companies
Healthcare experience a plus

Responsibilities: quarterly and annual GAAP reporting; internal reporting; SEC reporting and compliance; option plan administration and equity compensation expensing; develop and document internal controls and disclosure controls; implementation of corporate governance best practices;interaction with upper management and auditors; cash management; develop systems and procedures to maximize collections and revenue recognition; supervise U.S., state and local tax reporting. CYTOTECHNOLOGIST Permanent, full-time position, starting Mid-June/July

Minimum Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree with successful completion of a CAAHEP accredited Cytotechnology program; CT (ASCP) certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (BOC); one year hospital cytology laboratory experience.

Additional Experience
Molecular pathology testing, immunohistochemistry staining, and immunocytochemistry evaluation experienced desired along with a strong interest in non-gyn cytology.

Responsibilities
Cytological evaluation of the ForeCYTE breast test, analyzing nipple aspirate fluid which includes related ancillary procedures such as specimen preparation and staining, reporting, microscopic photography, quality assurance, workload recording, and result correlations.
